This is the 14″ Hand Painted Chop Plate that is converted to a Tidbit Tray from Vernon Kilns in the Vernon Rose Pattern. It is in overall great condition – has a few utensil marks – a tiny chip underneath that was glazed over in factory and is not seen or has no effect on use or display.
