The file formats accepted are JPG, PNG and TIFF. You may also use a PDF single page but make sure to format it to the size of the poster you buy. We will enlarge your image if the file is not big enough but remember that for best results your file has to have enough resolution and the file has to be clear and sharp so when printed the enlargement does not produce pixelation, artifacts or weird blurs (The fine look of you poster will depend on the quality of the image you send). A minimum of 75dpi is necessary so your file looks good, but more is recommended. After your order and payment are cleared, we will send an eBay message during the first 24 hours with instructions on the file upload procedure. This is to avoid issues of size because if the file to print is send through the eBay’s messaging system it could be compressed and not look good when printed. After we receive the file, we will communicate so to make sure the file will be printed according to your liking. After confirmation to print it will take 48 hours to print your file. After that it will be shipped in the according cartoon tube of the seize and quantity of your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
